Fil's Shatta Hot Sauce is a smooth, pourable twist on our original Bird's Eye Shatta. The same fresh heat and brightness, in a dangerously dipp-able, tangy and drizzle-able form. Slather on burritos, splash over wings, or spoon onto oysters - your new go-to 'everything' hot sauce.

Ingredients

‘Shatta Brine’, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dried Bird’s Eye Chilli, Garlic Powder, Citric Acid, White Pepper, Smoked Paprika. Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum.
