The fresh spiciness of Shatta combined with the sweetness of jam; this is Shatta like you have never experienced before. Fil's Shatta Jam is a unique take on a chilli jam. It is sweet, tart, aromatic, and downright addictive.

Shatta is a traditional, naturally-fermented chilli condiment from Palestine. Shatta Jam, however, is not traditional at all! Best enjoyed with cheese (especially in a toastie), whisked into a salad dressing, or served alongside fried food.

Sugar, 'Shatta' Brine, Apple Cider Vinegar, Bell Pepper. Gelling agent: Pectin.
