Brought together by heritage, family, and friendship, we set out to share the vibrant culture of Palestine as we know it best: through food. As two brothers and their childhood friend, our journey began with a craving for authenticity. At the heart of Fil is Shatta; the fermented, fiery, flavour-packed traditional chilli condiment from Gaza, with a contemporary twist.
