Previously called Jamaican Peppers Chilli Jam, this is our OG; the jam that started it all—the jelly Max grew up eating and the reason we took on the Chillis Galore business! This is our hottest jam and is absolutely addictive from the very first bite. It shines on cheese and crackers, but you'll put it on everything. Sonya likes to make stacked crackers: sourdough cracker + cheese + chilli jam + hummus + avocado on top.

Pair it with: Cheese and crackers, in cheese toasties, roasted chicken, grilled halloumi. Perfect as a sandwich spread or on avocado toast.

Sugar, Peppers, Cider Vinegar (No Sulphites), Lemon, Hot Caribbean Peppers (3.2.%). Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin.
